We are living in a world where various issues bombard us. There are those people that are trying to budget finances that are barely enough. There are those that have to deal with some of the lifestyle diseases that are prevalent these days. There is a parent that is trying to make a rebellious child get in line. There are others that are going through the issue of not having a child. All these issues together can affect peoples mental health. Stress has become an issue of concern among people these days. The prevalence of people that are battling depression these days is on the increase. The concern that many people have is where the stress comes from.
There are various issues that can trigger peoples stress levels. among them can be coming from place of work and also discrimination. Rejection is one of the things that can make people feel bad about themselves. We all want to live in a society where we are accepted and loved in society. Those people that work in environments that they are made to feel less of themselves can really affect their mental health. People can be discriminated on bases of their gender, race, ethnicity, status quo and religion. The other issue that can make people to be stressed is battling with a serious health condition. The best gift that we are blessed with is a healthy body. The moment people are sick they are unable to work, and also they fear that they may lose their lives. Therefore those people that have diagnosed with an illness or have a loved one that is battling with an illness and have detailed information about the condition may feel stressed.
The third thing that can really be torn on peoples lives and make them stressed out are relationship issues. We all want to live a peaceful life with our family and friends. However, there are those times that people are in a constant argument with their loved ones. These constant arguments are not usually healthy, and they are known to affect peoples lives. Thus, those people that want to live that is full of peace should consider avoiding arguments with people. The fourth thing that can lead to stress is personal belief. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion it can be very stressful to let people just take your opinion for granted. Hence, as people are trying to defend their believes they end up stressed. If others take our beliefs and opinion for granted we end up being sad.
The last thing that can cause stress among people are major life changes. As human beings we like familiarity. Thus, when people are facing different stressful situations, we become stressed out. Not only negative life challenges that stress people even the positive once.
